Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. When you place an order, the shipping calculator will estimate shipping rates and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and Australia Post delivery schedules. For more information on the delivery policies of Australia Post, please see their website.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item will be estimated when you place your order. To reflect the policies of Australia Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Change of mind returns

As a small business, we are unable to offer returns on purchases you may have changed your mind about. This is due to limited time and staffing resources, as well as the costs involved in coordinating deliveries and processing refunds.

Other returns

Finest drop will accept product returns and will credit the refund amount to the card used to pay for the product when:

  1. You complete a Return Item request on the Finest Drop website within 14 days of purchase.
  2. You return the damaged/incorrect item/s to our Mount Waverley store within 14 days of purchase.
  3. The product is obviously faulty, or
  4. The product has been damaged during transit, or
  5. The product received does not match the description of your order.

If these requirements are not satisfied Finest Drop reserves the right not to offer a refund. Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a 'deal', Finest Drop may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.

To return an item

Simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within ten business days of giving your package to your return shipping provider, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (For Australia Post, 1 to 2 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 2 business days).


Please note: Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Where possible, please provide digital photo evidence of transport damage to your goods.
Finest Drop reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
